What we collect

For the open-source ProofAgent Harness, all evaluation data stays on your infrastructure — nothing is transmitted to ProofAgent. For the hosted Platform, we collect the evaluation transcripts you submit, the agent's tool calls and retrievals, juror reasoning, scoring results, and any uploaded artifacts you choose to evaluate.

How we use it

Evaluation data is used solely to produce your readiness report and to enable regression tracking across your own evaluation runs. We do not train models on customer agent data. We do not share evaluation content with third parties. We do not use evaluation data for marketing or advertising.

Data retention

Evaluation transcripts and reports are retained per your configured retention policy (default 90 days for free tier, configurable on Enterprise). You can delete any evaluation run at any time through the dashboard or REST API. Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account plus 30 days after closure.
