Engineers write code with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor; everyone else drafts, summarises and researches with AI. Privacy Shield is a local proxy on each person's computer: before a session leaves the device, names, identifiers, cards, keys and secrets become placeholders, and the reply comes back with the real values restored.

Integrations and boundaries

Claude Code with the plugin; Codex and Cursor with the setup shown in the Runner; any other tool that accepts an API base URL. It protects sessions started through the shield; other application traffic is outside the boundary. The placeholder table is an owner-only file on the device and is never uploaded.
